We're Michael and David. One of us from Durham, the other from Edinburgh. We met working in corporate life in North Carolina, where we got properly obsessed with American craft beer: hop-forward, a little restless, never quite finished being tinkered with.

 

When we moved back to the UK, we missed that spirit enough to start brewing it ourselves. A homebrew kit in 2019 became a habit, and the habit became PhDs Brewing. Pursuit of Hoppy Drinks.
