Hazy IPA
Our tribute to Max Planck, the father of quantum mechanics.
At 6.6% ABV, Planck's Hazy IPA offers a harmonious balance of bold and subtle, with a nod to the precision of scientific inquiry. The beer's haze is a visual homage to the enigmatic nature of quantum physics.
We chose to highlight distinctive hop varieties from the Southern Hemisphere that delivers a resinous flavour profile.
Gagarin's
Imperial Stout
Homage to gravity, the fundamental force that keeps us grounded.
With an ABV of 9.8%, this stout mirrors the acceleration due to gravity on Earth - 9.81 m/s². Named in honour of Yuri Gagarin, the first human to break through Earth's gravitational embrace and venture into space.
Its a dark, intense brew with a depth of flavour as profound as the void of space. Rich malts that hints at dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and a whisper of smoke.
Avogadro's
West Coast IPA
Avogadro’s celebrates the science of bringing things together.
Named after Amedeo Avogadro, this West Coast IPA pairs a bold hop character with a crisp finish and a firm, refreshing bitterness.
Its 6.0% ABV gives a playful nod to the leading figure of Avogadro’s constant.
