Planck's Hazy IPA: Our tribute to Max Planck, the father of quantum mechanics. Planck's constant (h), a fundamental quantity that bridges the gap between the energy of photons and their frequency, a concept that reshaped our understanding of the physical world.

At 6.6% ABV, Planck's Hazy IPA offers a harmonious balance of bold and subtle, with a nod to the precision of scientific inquiry. The beer's haze is a visual homage to the enigmatic nature of quantum physics.

We chose to highlight distinctive hop varieties from the Southern Hemisphere. By exclusively using hops from Australia and New Zealand, we've infused our IPA with a unique hop schedule that delivers a resinous flavour profile, characterised by notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and a hint of pine.​

Gagarin's Imperial Stout: A robust brew that pays homage to the fundamental force that keeps us grounded. With an ABV of 9.8%, this stout mirrors the acceleration due to gravity on Earth - 9.81 m/s², a tribute to the constancy and the pull that tethers us to the planet.

Named in honor of Yuri Gagarin, the first human to break through Earth's gravitational embrace and venture into space, this stout is as bold and pioneering as Gagarin’s historic journey. It's a cosmic toast to his legacy and an inspiration to all who seek to push the boundaries of exploration.

Gagarin's Imperial Stout is a dark, intense brew with a depth of flavour as profound as the void of space. Rich malts create a tapestry of taste that hints at dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and a whisper of smoke.​
